COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1141 /78 of 30 May 1978 fixing the import levies on milk and milk products

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN to the Commission that the levies at present in force COMMUNITIES , should be altered as shown in the Annex to this Regu­ lation , Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 804/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization Article 1 of the market in milk and milk products ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1038 /78 (2), and in The levies referred to in Article 14 (2) of Regulation particular Article 14 (8) thereof, (EEC) No 804/68 are hereby fixed as shown in the Annex . Whereas the import levies on milk and milk products were fixed by Regulation (EEC) No 1017/78 (3) ; Article 2 Whereas it follows from applying the rules contained in Regulation (EEC) No 1017/78 to the prices known This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 June 1978 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety ar)d directly applicable in all Member States .
