COUNCIL REGULATION ( EEC) No 1157 / 78 of 30 May 1978 laying down certain interim measures for the conservation and management of fishery resources applicable to vessels flying the flag of certain non-member countries in the 200 nautical mile zone off the coast of the French department of Guyana , for the period 1 June to 31 December 1978

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES ,

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Article 1 Economic Community ,

Having regard to the Act of Accession , 1 . exceeds the limit indicated in paragraph 4 of the Article 4 Annex .
