COUNCIL REGULATION ( EEC) No 1158 / 78 of 30 May 1978 extending certain interim measures for the conservation and management of fishery resources applicable to vessels flying the flag of Spain , to 24 June 1978
THE COUNCIL OH THE EUROPEAN Whereas the rules provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES , have been established taking due account of the provi sions currently governing the fisheries sector, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, , Having regard to the Act of Accession , HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :
