COUNCIL REGULATION ( EEC) No 1159/ 78 of 30 May 1978 temporarily suspending the autonomous Common Customs Tariff duty for mechanically propelled aircraft of an unladen weight exceeding 15 000 kg falling within subheading ex 88.02 B II c )

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES , Article 1 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European From 1 July to 31 December 1978 , the autonomous Economic Community, and in particular Article 28 Common Customs Tariff duty for mechanically thereof, propelled aircraft of an unladen weight exceeding 15 000 kg falling within subheading ex 88.02 B II c) Whereas the autonomous duty on mechanically shall be totally suspended . propelled aircraft of an unladen weight exceeding Article 2 15 000 kg should be totally suspended for the period 1 July to 31 December 1978 , This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1978 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
