COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1184/78 of 31 May 1978 abolishing the countervailing charge on tomatoes originating in Bulgaria and Romania

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN whereas the conditions specified in Article 26 ( 1 ) of COMMUNITIES, Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 are therefore fulfilled, and the countervailing charge on imports of tomatoes Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European originating in Bulgaria and Romania can be abolished, Economic Community,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 of 18 May 1972 on the common organization HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : of the market in fruit and vegetables ( J), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 1 54/78 (2), and in particular the second subparagraph of Article 27 (2) thereof, Article 1

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1009/78 Regulation (EEC) No 1009/78 is hereby repealed. of 18 May 1978 (3) introduced countervailing charges on tomatoes originating in Bulgaria and Romania ; Article 2 Whereas, for this product originating in Bulgaria and Romania, there were no prices for six consecutive working days ; This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 June 1978 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
