re-establishing the levying of the customs duties on wrought bars, rods, angles, shapes and sections of aluminium ; aluminium wire falling within heading No 76.02 originating in Yugoslavia, to which the- preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 2705/77 apply
