COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1393/78 of 23 June 1978 abolishing the countervailing charge on cucumbers originating in Romania

Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1312/78 of 15 June 1978 (3), introduced a countervailing Article 2 charge on cucumbers originating in Romania ; Whereas for this product originating in Romania This Regulation shall enter into force on 24 June 1978 . there were no prices for six consecutive working days ;

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
