COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1412/ 78 of 23 June 1978 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on woven fabrics of sheep's or lambs' wool or of fine animal hair, falling within heading No 53.11 , originating in South Korea to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation ( EEC) No 2706/77 apply
