COUNCIL REGULATION (EEC) No 1455/78 of 26 June 1978 on the conclusion of the Agreement extending the Interim Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Kingdom of Morocco

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES , HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Article 1 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, and in particular The Agreement extending the Interim Agreement Article 113 thereof, between the European Economic Community and the Kingdom of Morocco is hereby approved on behalf of the Community. Having regard to the recommendation from the Commission, The text of the Agreement is annexed to this Regulation .

Whereas the Interim Agreement between the Article 2 European Economic Community and the Kingdom of The President of the Council is hereby authorized to Morocco signed in Rabat on 27 April 1976, and extended successively on 30 June and 31 December designate the person empowered to sign the Agreement for the purpose of binding the 1977, expires not later than 30 June 1978 ; Community.

Whereas, pending the entry into force of the Article 3 Cooperation Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Kingdom of Morocco This Regulation shall enter into force on the day signed in Rabat on 27 April 1976, it is necessary to following its publication in the Official Journal of the extend the Interim Agreement again, European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
