on the conclusion of the Agreement extending the Interim Agreement between the European Economic Community and the Syrian Arab Republic

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :

Article 1 Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, and in particular The Agreement extending the Interim Agreement Article 113 thereof, between the European Economic Community and the Syrian Arab Republic is hereby approved on behalf of the Community. Having regard to the recommendation from the The text of the Agreement is annexed to this Commission , Regulation .
