COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1495/ 78 of 30 June 1978 fixing the export refunds on olive oil

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN — the existing situation and the future trend with COMMUNITIES, regard to prices and availabilities of olive oil on the Community market and prices for olive oil on Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European the world market ; Economic Community, — the aims of the common organization of the Having regard to Council Regulation No 136/66/ EEC of 22 September 1966 on the establishment of a market in olive oil which are to ensure equili­ brium and the natural development of prices and common organization of the market in oils and trade on this market ; fats as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1419 /78 (2 ),
