COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1507/78 of 30 June 1978 extending the period of validity of Regulation (EEC) No 503/78 amending Regu­ lation No 785/67/EEC on the buying-in of olive oil by intervention agencies

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN of the Regulation should therefore be extended for a COMMUNITIES, limited period ; Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation Economic Community, are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Oils and Fats, Having regard to Council Regulation No 136/66/EEC of 22 September 1966 on the establishment of a HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : common organization of the market in oils and fats ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2560/77 (2), and in particular Article 1 1 (5) thereof, Article 1 Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 503/78 of In Article 1 of Regulation (EEC) No 503/78, the date 9 March 1978 amending Regulation No 785/67/EEC '30 June 1978' is hereby replaced by '31 July 1978'. on the buying-in of olive oil by intervention agen­ cies (3), as amended by Regulation (EEC) No Article 2 973/78 (4), expires on 30 June 1978 ; This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its Whereas the reasons which led to the adoption of this publication in the Official Journal of the European Regulation still persist ; whereas the period of validity Communities.
