Article 27 of Regulation No 136/66/ EEC was fixed by Regulation (EEC) No 1 500/78 (3 ) ; Article 2 Whereas it follows from applying the rules and other provisions contained in Regulation ( EEC) No 1500/78 This Regulation shall enter into force on 7 July 1978 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
