COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1599/78 of 6 July 1978 reimposing the levying of customs duties applicable to third countries on certain products originating in Israel

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2818/77 of 28 November 1977 establishing ceilings Article. 1 and Community supervision of imports of certain products originating in Israel (2), and in particular From 11 July until 31 December 1978 the levying of Article 1 thereof, customs duties applicable to third countries shall be reimposed on imports into the Community of the Whereas Article 5 of the abovementioned Protocol following products : provides that the products listed below, imported under reduced duty rates according to Article 1 , are. 55.05 Cotton yarn, not put up for Article 2 retail sale 1 042 This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day Whereas imports into the Community of those following its publication in the Official Journal of products, originating in Israel, have reached that the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
