COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1643/78 of 13 July 1978 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1634/77 on a standing invitation to tender for exports of white sugar during the 1978/79 marketing year

Whereas, pursuant to Commission Regulation (EEC) Article 2 No 1634/77 of 19 July 1977 on a standing invitation to tender in order to determine export refunds for The second subparagraph of Article 9 (2) of Regula white sugar (3), as amended by Regulation (EEC) No tion (EEC) No 1 634/77 is amended to read as follows : 1 182/78 (4), the Member States have, since 3 August 1977, been issuing partial invitations to tender for ' However : exports of white sugar ; whereas, having regard to the (a) export licences issued pursuant to partial invita current state and the foreseeable development of the tions to tender held : Community sugar market and of the world market, it is possible to continue to issue such invitations ; (aa) between 26 July 1978 and 15 September 1978 : whereas Regulation (EEC) No 1634/77 should there fore be amended accordingly ; — may be used only from 15 September Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation 1978 , and are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage — shall be valid only until 31 December ment Committee for Sugar, 1978 ;
