COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1703/78 of 19 July 1978 repealing the suspension of the importation of frozen squid

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN based no longer apply ; whereas a new disturbance is COMMUNITIES, no longer to be feared at present ;

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation Economic Community, are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Fishery Products, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 100/76 of 19 January 1976 on the common organiza­ tion of the market in fishery products ('), as last HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2560/77 (2), and in particular Article 19 (6) thereof, Article 1 Whereas, by Commission Regulation (EEC) No Regulation (EEC) No 2685/77 is hereby repealed. 2685/77 of 6 December 1977 (3), the importation into Italy of frozen squid in respect of which a reference Article 2 price is fixed was suspended ;

Whereas, an examination of the market for squid in This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its Italy shows that the situation has improved ; whereas publication in the Official Journal of the European conditions on which the suspension of imports was Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
