COUNCIL REGULATION ( EEC) No 1707/78 of 18 July 1978 derogating, for certain products coming from Malta, from the Protocol to the Agreement establishing an association between the European Economic Community and Malta concerning the definition of the concept of 'originating products' and methods of administrative cooperation
