COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1754/ 78 of 26 July 1978 amending Regulation ( EEC) No 2793/76 on detailed arrangements for the disposal on the Italian market of frozen beef made available to the Italian inter vention agency under Regulation ( EEC) No 2453 /76

Having regard to Council Regulation ( EEC) No Article 1 729/70 of 21 April 1970 on the financing of the common agricultural policy (3 ), as last amended by In Article 1 ( 1 ) of Regulation (EEC) No 2793/76, the Regulation ( EEC) No 2788 / 72 (4 ), date '30 June 1978 ' is replaced by '31 December 1978 '. Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 2453/76 of 5 October 1976 on the transfer to the Article 2 Italian intervention agency of frozen beef held by the intervention agencies of other Member States (5), as This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day last amended by Regulation ( EEC) No 1440 / 78 (6), and following its publication in the Official Journal of in particular Article 1 (2) thereof, the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
