COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1776/78 of 27 July 1978 fixing the special levy applicable to New Zealand butter imported into the United Kingdom

Whereas Article 3 (3) of Regulation (EEC) No 1655/76 lays down that in order to ensure an effective turnover Article 2 of yearly quantities, the special levy must be fixed at a level permitting the sale of butter at a consistent rate This Regulation shall enter into force on 28 July 1978 . without disrupting the market in Community butter ;

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
