allocating certain catch quotas between Member States for vessels fishing in the Norwegian exclusive economic zone
THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES, as from 1 August 1978 ; whereas it seems advisable, so as not to prejudice the final allocation of these quotas, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European to fix the allocation only for the period 1 August to 31 Economic Community, and in particular Article 43 October 1978 ; thereof, Whereas this allocation must take into account catches Having regard to the proposal from the Commission, already taken by vessels of each of the Member States ;
Having regard to the opinion of the European Parlia Whereas information about actual catches should be ment (*), made available in order to ensure that the allocations are respected, Whereas on 3 November 1976 the Council adopted a set of resolutions concerning certain external and inter nal aspects of the common fisheries policy; HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION :
Whereas the Community and the Kingdom of Norway Article 1 have negotiated a Framework Agreement on fisheries ;
