COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1859/78 of 1 August 1978 reimposing the levying of customs duties applicable to third countries on certain products originating in Sweden

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the situation on the Community market COMMUNITIES, requires that customs duties applicable to third coun­ tries on the products in question be reimposed, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community , Having regard to the Agreement between the Euro­ pean Economic Community and the Kingdom of HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Sweden ('), and in particular Protocol 1 thereof, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 703/78 of 20 March 1978 establishing indicative ceil­ ings and Community supervision for imports of Article 1 certain products originating in Sweden (2), and in parti­ cular Article 1 thereof, As from 5 August and until 31 December 1978, the Whereas Article 3 of the abovementioned Protocol levying of customs duties applicable to third countries provides that the products listed below, imported shall be reimposed on imports into the Community of under reduced duty rates according to Article 1 ( 1 ) to the following products : (3) are subject to the annual ceiling indicated below, above which the customs duties applicable to third CCT countries may be re-established : heading Description Origin No
