COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1897 / 78 of 2 August 1978 re-establishing the levying of the customs duties on tubes and pipes and blanks therefor, of copper ; falling within heading No 74.07 and originating in Yugos­ lavia, to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regula­ tion (EEC) No 2705/77 apply

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
