COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1899/78 of 2 August 1978 \ re-establishing the levying of the customs duties on parts of electrical genera­ tors, motors, etc., falling within subheading 85.01 C and originating in Yugos­ lavia, to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regula­ tion ( EEC) No 2705/77 apply

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
