COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 1936/78 of 10 August 1978 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1804/77 as regards the date for the delivery of alcohol obtained from the distillation of the by-products of wine-making

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
