COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1961 /78 of 10 August 1978 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on filament lamps for lighting, falling within subheading 85.20 A, originating in Hong Kong to which the pref erential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 2705/77 apply
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN countries or territories — with the exception of those COMMUNITIES, listed in Annex C to the same Regulation — once the relevant Community amount has been reached ;

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
