COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 1992/ 78 of 18 August 1978 on the sale at prices fixed at a standard rate in advance of certain frozen beef from intervention stocks for processing in the Community

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : COMMUNITIES ,

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, Article 1

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1 . Article3¶

By way of derogation from Article 4 (5) of Regulation This Regulation shall enter into force on 4 September (EEC) No 216/69, if the quantities available from an 1978 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
