COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2032/ 78 of 25 August 1978 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on cotton yarn , put up for retail sale, falling within heading No 55.06 and originating in Yugoslavia, to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Regulation ( EEC) No 1197 /78 apply
