COUNCIL REGULATION ( EEC) No 2046 / 78 of 29 August 1978 maintaining quantitative restrictions on the importation into Belgium , Luxem­ bourg and the Netherlands of certain textile products originating in Greece

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety- and directly applicable in all Member States .
