Article 27 of Regulation No 136/66/ EEC was fixed by Regulation (EEC) No 1922/78 (3), as last amended by Article 2 Regulation ( EEC) No 2004/78 (4 ) ; Whereas it follows from applying the rules and other This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 September 1978 . provisions contained in Regulation (EEC) No 1922/78

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
