COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2087/78 of 1 September 1978 on the sale by tender of hindquarters of beef held by the German intervention agency for processing in the Community

Article4¶

By way of derogation from Article 8 of Regulation This Regulation shall enter into force on 4 September ( EEC) No 2182/77, the event on which the selling 1978 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
