COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2088 /78 of 1 September 1978 re-establishing the levying of customs duties on methylamine and di - and trime­ thylamine, and their salts, falling within subheading 29.22 A I and originating in Romania, to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Regulation (EEC) No 2705 /77 apply

Whereas Article 2 (2) and (3) of that Regulation provides that the levying of customs duties may be re-established at any time in respect of imports of the products in question originating in any of the said Article 2 countries or territories, with the exception of those listed in Annex C thereto, once the relevant Commu­ nity amount has been reached ; This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of (•) OJ No L 324, 19 . 12. 1977, p. 23 . the European Communities.

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
