COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2100/ 78

making the importation into the United Kingdom of wool cloth originating in the Republic of Argentina subject to authorization

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN contains specific provision for recourse to safeguard COMMUNITIES , measures ;
