COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2139/78 of 12 September 1978 abolishing the countervailing charge on table grapes originating in Bulgaria

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN whereas the conditions specified in Article 26 ( 1 ) of COMMUNITIES, Regulation ( EEC) No 1035/72 are therefore fulfilled, and the countervailing charge on imports of table Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European grapes originating in Bulgaria can be abolished, Economic Community,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1035/72 of 18 May 1972 on the common organization HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : of the market in fruit and vegetables ('), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1766/78 (2), and in Article 1 particular the second subparagraph of Article 27 (2) thereof, Regulation (EEC) No 2101 /78 is hereby repealed. Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2101 /78 of 5 September 1978 (3), introduced a countervailing Article 2 charge on table grapes originating in Bulgaria ;

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
