amending Regulations (EEC) No 368/77 and (EEC) No 443/77 on the sale of skimmed-milk powder from public stocks for use in feed for pigs and poultry

Whereas pursuant to : HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : — Commission Regulation (EEC) No 368/77 of 23 February 1977 on the sale by tender of skimmed Article 1 milk powder for use in feed for pigs and poultry (3), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) In Article 1 of Regulation (EEC) No 368/77 and No 1810/78 (4), Article 1 of Regulation (EEC) No 443/77, the date '1 — Commission Regulation (EEC) No 443/77 of 2 September 1976' is hereby replaced by '1 January March 1977 on the sale at a fixed price of skim 1977'. med-milk powder for use in feed for pigs and poultry (5), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) Article 2 No 1810/78 ,
