COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2286/78 of 29 September 1978 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1526/78 laying down detailed rules for the appli­ cation of the special measures for peas and field beans used in the feeding of animals

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Dried Fodder, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 1119/78 of 22 May 1978 laying down special measures Article 1 for peas and field beans used in the feeding of animals (1), and in particular Article 2 (6) thereof, Article 6 (2) of Regulation (EEC) No 1526/78 is amended to read as follows : Whereas Article 6 (1 ) of Commission Regulation '2.
