COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2314/78 of 3 October 1978 fixing the aid for castor seeds

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN representative period for the sale of Community castor COMMUNITIES, seeds (4) ;

Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation Article 2 are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Oils and Fats,

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Communities. Article I

The aid referred to in Article 2 of Regulation (EEC) No 2874/77 shall be 21.359 units of account per 100 kilograms . It shall apply with effect from 1 October 1978 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
