COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2370/ 78 of 11 October 1978 correcting Regulation (EEC) No 1036/ 78 fixing the monetary compensatory amounts

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas a check has revealed an error in the Annex COMMUNITIES, to that Regulation ; whereas the Regulation in ques­ tion must therefore be corrected, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No Article 1 974/71 of 12 May 1971 on certain measures of conjunctural policy to be taken in agriculture In Annex I, Part 8 , column ' France' to Regulation following the temporary widening of the margin of (EEC) No 1036/78 , as amended with effect from 2 fluctuation for the currencies of certain Member October 1978 by Regulation ( EEC) No 2258 /78 , the States (*), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No amount '26,95' under subheading 38.19 T II b) is 557/76 (2), and in particular Article 3 thereof, replaced by the amount '26,96'. Whereas the monetary compensatory amounts Article 2 provided for in Regulation (EEC) No 974/71 were fixed by Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1036/78 This Regulation shall enter into force on 12 October of 19 May 1978 (3), as amended with effect from 2 1978 . Where any party concerned so requests, it shall October 1978 by Regulation (EEC) No 2258 /78 (4) ; be applied with effect from 2 October 1978 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
