re-establishing the levying of customs duties on other nitrated and nitrosated derivatives, falling within subheading 29.07 C III, originating in Romania, to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 2705/77 apply
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN listed in Annex C to the same Regulation — once the COMMUNITIES, relevant Community amount has been reached ;

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
