introducing a countervailing charge on table grapes originating in Greece
THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN consideration must be recorded on the representative COMMUNITIES, markets or, in certain circumstances, on other markets ;

HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Whereas the entry price for a given exporting country is equal to the average of the lowest representative prices recorded for at least 30 % of the quantities Article 1 from the exporting country concerned which are marketed on all representative markets for which prices are available, less the duties and the charges A countervailing charge of 1-42 units of account per referred to in Article 24 (3) of Regulation (EEC) No 100 kilograms net is applied to table grapes 1035/72 ; whereas the meaning of representative price (subheading 08.04 A I of the Common Customs is defined in Article 24 (2) of Regulation (EEC) No Tariff) originating in Greece. 1035/72 ;
