Article 2 Whereas the free-at-frontier reference prices for certain products have been fixed by Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2788/77 (5), as last amended by This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 November 1978 . Regulation (EEC) No 992/78 (6) ;

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
