COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2503/ 78 of 26 October 1978 correcting Regulation (EEC) No 1036/78 fixing the monetary compensatory amounts

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas a check has revealed errors in the Annex to COMMUNITIES, that Regulation ; whereas the Regulation in question must therefore be corrected, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No Article 1 974/71 of 12 May 1971 on certain measures of conjunctural policy to be taken in agriculture In Note (7) of Part 5 of Annex I to Regulation (EEC) following the temporary widening of the margin of No 1036/78 , as amended with effect from 19 October fluctuation for the currencies of certain Member 1978 by Regulation (EEC) No 2431 /78 , the amount States (*), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No ' 11-00' in the column headed 'Germany' is hereby 557/76 (2), and in particular Article 3 thereof, replaced by the amount ' 11-64'. Whereas the monetary compensatory amounts Article 2 provided for in Regulation (EEC) No 974/71 were fixed by Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1036/78 This Regulation shall enter into force on 27 October of 19 May 1978 (3), as amended with effect from 19 1978 . Where any party concerned so requests, it shall October 1978 by Regulation (EEC) No 2431 /78 (4) ; be applied on 19 October 1978 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
