COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2530/78 of 27 October 1978 amending in Regulation (EEC) No 2395/78 certain selling prices fixed at a standard rate in advance of certain beef held by the Irish intervention agency

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation Economic Community, are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Beef and Veal, Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No 805/68 of 27 June 1968 on the common organization of the market in beef and veal ('), as last amended by HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Regulation (EEC) No 425/77 (2), and in particular Article 7 (3) thereof, Article 1 Whereas taking account of the market conditions for Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 2395/78 is hereby Irish beef stored in the United Kingdom it seems replaced by the Annex to this Regulation . appropriate to increase the selling prices of certain cuts ; Article 2 Whereas it is therefore necessary to amend Commis­ sion Regulation (EEC) No 2395/78 of 13 October This Regulation shall enter into force on 30 October 1978 on the sale at prices fixed at a standard rate in 1978 .

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
