COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2650/78 of 10 November 1978 correcting Regulation (EEC) No 1036/78 fixing the monetary compensatory amounts

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas a check has revealed errors in the Annex to COMMUNITIES, that Regulation ; whereas the Regulation in question must therefore be corrected, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No Article 1 974/71 of 12 May 1971 on certain measures of conjunctural policy to be taken in agriculture In Part 7 of Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No 1036/78, following the temporary widening of the margin of the amounts *4,965', ' 1,020', '5 339' and '6,629' under fluctuation for the currencies of certain Member subheading 17.01 A are respectively replaced by States (1), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No '4,975', ' 1,022', '5 349' and '6,929 '. 557/76 (2), and in particular Article 3 thereof, Article 2 Whereas the monetary compensatory amounts provided for in Regulation (EEC) No 974/71 were This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 1 fixed by Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1036/78 November 1978 .
