COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2651 /78 of 10 November 1978 amending Regulations (EEC) No 2598/78 and (EEC) No 2599/78 with regard to the delivery of various consignments of butteroil and skimmed-milk powder as food aid to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Milk and Milk Products, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community,
