COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2657/ 78 of 13 November 1978 derogating in respect of the 1978/79 marketing year from the common quality standards for brussels sprouts

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Fruit and Vegetables, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community, HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No Article 1 1035/72 of 18 May 1972 on the common organization of the market in fruit and vegetables ( ! ), as last By way of derogation from the provisions of Section amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1 766/78 (2), and in III of the common quality standards for brussels particular the second subparagraph of Article 2 (3) sprouts, the minimum diameter shall be 15 milli­ thereof, metres for untrimmed brussels sprouts.
