COMMISSION REGULATION ( EEC) No 2674/78 of 15 November 1978 extending the temporary suspension of the advance fixing of export refunds for certain milk products

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No Article 1 876/68 of 28 June 1968 laying down general rules for granting export refunds on milk and milk products The advance fixing of export refunds for butter falling and criteria for fixing the amount of such refunds (3), within subheading 04.03 A of the Common Customs as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 2429/72 (4), Tariff remains suspended during the period 16 to 21 November 1978 . and in particular the first subparagraph of Article 5 (4) thereof, Article 2 Whereas Commission Regulation (EEC) No 2652/78 of 10 November 1978 (5) has suspended temporarily This Regulation shall enter into force on 16 November 1978 . the advance fixing of export refunds for butter ;

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
