COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2729/78 of 23 November 1978 amending Regulation (EEC) No 1774/78 on an invitation to tender for the refund for the export of common wheat to Zones I to VI

THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN Whereas the measures provided for in this Regulation COMMUNITIES, are in accordance with the opinion of the Manage­ ment Committee for Cereals, Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Economic Community,

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No HAS ADOPTED THIS REGULATION : 2727/75 of 29 October 1975 on the common organiza­ tion of the market in cereals ^), as last amended by Regulation (EEC) No 1254/78 (2), Article 1

Having regard to Council Regulation (EEC) No Article 1 (2) of Regulation (EEC) No 1774/78 is 2746/75 of 29 October 1975 laying down general amended to read as follows : rules for granting export refunds on cereals and '2. The invitation to tender shall relate to common criteria for fixing the amount of such refunds (3), and in particular Article 5 thereof, wheat for export to Zones I, II, III, V and VI as defined in Annex I to Regulation (EEC) No Whereas by Commission Regulation (EEC) No 1124/77.' 1774/78 of 24 July 1978 (4) an invitation to tender for the export of common wheat to the countries of Zones I, II, III, IV, V and VI was opened, whereas in Article 2 view of the present situation the invitation to tender for the refund for the export of common wheat to the This Regulation shall enter into force on 24 November 1978 . countries of Zone IV should be suspended ;

This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
