COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2772/ 78 of 28 November 1978 re-establishing the levying of the customs duties on perborate of sodium, falling within subheading 28.46 ex B, originating in Yugoslavia, to which the preferen­ tial tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 2705/ 77 apply
