COMMISSION REGULATION (EEC) No 2775 /78

re-establishing the levying of customs duties on articles of asbestos-cement, of cellulose fibre-cement or the like, falling within heading No 68.12, originating in Yugoslavia, to which the preferential tariff arrangements set out in Council Regulation (EEC) No 2705/77 apply

Whereas Article 2 (2) and (3) of that Regulation This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day provides that the levying of customs duties may be following its publication in the Official Journal of re-established at any time in respect of imports of the the European Communities.
This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States .
