COUNCIL REGULATION (EEC) No 2871 /78 of 5 December 1978 increasing the Community tariff quota opened for 1978 by Regulation (EEC) No 2608/77, for newsprint, falling within subheading 48.01 A of the Common Customs Tariff

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN noted ; whereas, in order to safeguard the Community COMMUNITIES, character of the tariff quota in question, the volume of the proposed increase should be allocated to the Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Community reserve set up pursuant to Regulation Economic Community, and in particular Articles 28 (EEC) No 2608/77, and 113 thereof,
